1. General provisions

These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern the relationship between the Gacha Tracker administration (the "Administration") and the internet user (the "User") arising from the use of the website gacha-tracker.com (the "Site").

Gacha Tracker adalah layanan fan-made yang independen. Bahasa dan hostname lokal hanyalah titik akses ke Layanan yang sama dan tidak membuat layanan terpisah khusus negara.

Using the Site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement by the User. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the Site.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Administration provides the User with access to Gacha Tracker — a tool for importing, storing, and analyzing gacha pull statistics from Honkai: Star Rail, Genshin Impact, and Zenless Zone Zero.

The service is provided free of charge, on an "as-is" basis.

Donasi adalah dukungan sukarela untuk pengembangan dan operasional Gacha Tracker, bukan pembayaran untuk gambar, materi, item game, atau layanan HoYoverse. Impor, penyimpanan riwayat gacha, dan statistik tersedia gratis untuk semua orang, baik yang berdonasi maupun yang tidak.

Supporter adalah badge kosmetik di profil publik yang diberikan secara manual. Setelah berdonasi, hubungi dukungan dengan bukti pembayaran dan nama pengguna. Badge tidak memberikan keuntungan atau fitur tambahan.

3. Registration and account

  • Using the Site's features requires registration with a username, email, and password, or sign-in via Google.
  • The User agrees to provide accurate information when registering.
  • The User is responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and for all actions taken under their account.
  • Each user may hold only one account.
  • The Administration reserves the right to suspend or delete an account that violates this Agreement.

4. Rights and obligations of the User

The User has the right to:

  • Use the Site's functionality as intended
  • Import and view their pull statistics
  • Contact support regarding Site operation
  • Delete their account and data

The User agrees to:

  • Not disrupt the operation of the Site
  • Not use the Site for unlawful purposes
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
  • Not use automated tools to scrape data from the Site
  • Comply with applicable law

5. Rights and obligations of the Administration

The Administration has the right to:

  • Change, update, or discontinue the Site without prior notice
  • Restrict access to the Site for violations of this Agreement
  • Remove content that violates this Agreement or applicable law
  • Amend this Agreement

The Administration agrees to:

  • Maintain the operation of the Site to the extent technically feasible
  • Memproses data pribadi sesuai dengan Kebijakan Privasi
  • Review user inquiries

6. Intellectual property

Materi yang dibuat sendiri oleh pengelola, termasuk kode, desain, dan teksnya, merupakan milik pengelola. Hak atas materi pihak ketiga tetap dimiliki oleh pemegang hak masing-masing.

Gacha Tracker adalah proyek penggemar independen. Proyek ini tidak berafiliasi dengan dan tidak disetujui oleh HoYoverse (COGNOSPHERE PTE. LTD.) maupun pemegang hak lainnya. Nama Honkai: Star Rail, Genshin Impact, Zenless Zone Zero, gambar, materi game lainnya, serta semua merek dagang yang digunakan merupakan milik pemiliknya masing-masing. © All rights reserved by COGNOSPHERE. Other properties and any right, title, and interest thereof and therein (intellectual property rights included) not derived from Honkai: Star Rail, Genshin Impact or Zenless Zone Zero belong to their respective owners.

7. Limitation of liability

  • The Site is provided "as-is". The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Site.
  • The Administration is not liable for any loss of user data.
  • The Administration is not liable for the actions of third parties.
  • Use of the Site is at the User's own risk.
  • The Administration is not responsible for the content of external resources linked from the Site.

8. Processing of personal data

Data pribadi diproses sebagaimana dijelaskan dalam Kebijakan Privasi. Jika hukum yang berlaku mewajibkan persetujuan untuk pemrosesan opsional, persetujuan tersebut diminta secara terpisah dan dapat ditarik tanpa bergantung pada Ketentuan ini.

9. Dispute resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of the Site shall be resolved through negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

10. Changes to this Agreement

The Administration may amend this Agreement. The new version takes effect upon publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
