1. General provisions

These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern the relationship between the Gacha Tracker administration (the "Administration") and the internet user (the "User") arising from the use of the website gacha-tracker.com (the "Site").

O Gacha Tracker é um serviço independente feito por fãs. Idiomas e hostnames localizados são pontos de acesso ao mesmo Serviço e não criam serviços separados específicos por país.

Using the Site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement by the User. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the Site.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Administration provides the User with access to Gacha Tracker — a tool for importing, storing, and analyzing gacha pull statistics from Honkai: Star Rail, Genshin Impact, and Zenless Zone Zero.

Os dados de pulls importados contribuem para estatísticas agregadas e anonimizadas da comunidade (pity médio, taxa de vitória do 50/50, frequência de obtenção de itens etc.) que podem ser publicadas no Site; nenhum Usuário pode ser identificado a partir delas.

The service is provided free of charge, on an "as-is" basis.

As doações apoiam voluntariamente o desenvolvimento e o funcionamento do Gacha Tracker. Elas não são um pagamento por imagens, materiais, itens dos jogos ou serviços da HoYoverse. A importação, o armazenamento do histórico de invocações e as estatísticas são gratuitos para todos, com ou sem doação.

Supporter é um emblema decorativo do perfil público, concedido manualmente. Após doar, envie ao suporte o comprovante de pagamento e seu nome de usuário. O emblema não oferece vantagens nem funções extras.

3. Registration and account

  • Using the Site's features requires registration with a username, email, and password, or sign-in via Google.
  • The User agrees to provide accurate information when registering.
  • The User is responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and for all actions taken under their account.
  • Each user may hold only one account.
  • The Administration reserves the right to suspend or delete an account that violates this Agreement.

4. Rights and obligations of the User

The User has the right to:

  • Use the Site's functionality as intended
  • Import and view their pull statistics
  • Contact support regarding Site operation
  • Delete their account and data

The User agrees to:

  • Not disrupt the operation of the Site
  • Not use the Site for unlawful purposes
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
  • Not use automated tools to scrape data from the Site
  • Comply with applicable law

5. Rights and obligations of the Administration

The Administration has the right to:

  • Change, update, or discontinue the Site without prior notice
  • Restrict access to the Site for violations of this Agreement
  • Remove content that violates this Agreement or applicable law
  • Amend this Agreement

The Administration agrees to:

  • Maintain the operation of the Site to the extent technically feasible

6. Intellectual property

Os materiais criados pela Administração, incluindo seu código, design e textos, pertencem à Administração. Os direitos sobre materiais de terceiros permanecem com seus respectivos titulares.

O Gacha Tracker é um projeto independente feito por fãs. Não tem afiliação com a HoYoverse (COGNOSPHERE PTE. LTD.) nem com outros titulares de direitos, e não é aprovado por eles. Os nomes Honkai: Star Rail, Genshin Impact e Zenless Zone Zero, as imagens, os demais materiais dos jogos e todas as marcas utilizadas pertencem aos respectivos proprietários. © All rights reserved by COGNOSPHERE. Other properties and any right, title, and interest thereof and therein (intellectual property rights included) not derived from Honkai: Star Rail, Genshin Impact or Zenless Zone Zero belong to their respective owners.

7. Limitation of liability

  • The Site is provided "as-is". The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Site.
  • The Administration is not liable for any loss of user data.
  • The Administration is not liable for the actions of third parties.
  • Use of the Site is at the User's own risk.
  • The Administration is not responsible for the content of external resources linked from the Site.

8. Processing of personal data

Os dados pessoais são tratados conforme descrito na Política de Privacidade. Quando a legislação aplicável exige consentimento para um tratamento opcional, ele é solicitado separadamente e pode ser retirado independentemente destes Termos.

9. Dispute resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of the Site shall be resolved through negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

10. Changes to this Agreement

The Administration may amend this Agreement. The new version takes effect upon publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
