Is it safe to run the script that gets the link?

The link script reads the cache of the game installed on your Windows PC, finds the temporary link to your pull history and copies it to the clipboard. It does not ask for your game account password and does not install anything. The source code is open, so you can read it before running it. If you would rather not run a script, you can upload a ready export from a supported tracker instead.

Is “Quick Import” safe too — it sends data to the site itself?

Yes. It does more than the regular script — besides finding the link, it also pages through your whole pull history itself and sends it to gacha-tracker.com. It never asks for your game or site password at any step; instead the site issues it a short, one-time access key that only works for this one import and stops working on its own once it's no longer needed.

What is this link and what does it give the site?

It's a temporary link the game itself generates to show you your pull history. It contains a one-time access key (authkey) and only allows reading the list of your pulls — nothing else. It cannot be used to log into your account, spend currency, or change anything in the game. The key expires on its own, usually within about a day.

How do I get the pull history link?

On a Windows PC, open the game and its pull history — that makes the game write the link into its cache. On the upload page pick your game, copy the link command and run it in PowerShell. The script prints the link and copies it to the clipboard. Paste the link itself into the import field on the site. Each game has its own script.

Question 5

It says "invalid link format" — what went wrong?

The site now checks what you pasted and names the exact reason: most often people paste the PowerShell command itself instead of the link it produces, or a game UID, or the script's own address. If none of those apply, the link may belong to a different game — the Genshin script produces a Genshin link, which won't work in the ZZZ form — or was copied only partially; it's long, so make sure you got the whole address, including everything after the question mark.

The link stopped working or the import breaks off

The access key in the link lives for about a day. If the import fails, open the pull history in the game again and get a fresh link — the old one is no longer valid. Importing a large history can take a few minutes: the game returns pulls page by page, and the site deliberately paces its requests to stay within Hoyoverse's limits. Keep the tab open until it finishes.

What data do you store, and will it disappear?

The tracker stores the pull records you upload and your in-game UID in your account. Importing needs neither your game account password nor payment details. Saved pulls are not deleted automatically because of their age. New pulls have to be added with another import. If you want your data removed, contact support.

Question 8

I got an email about importing my pull history — is that really from you?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We send this reminder exactly once, only to accounts that registered and haven't imported any pull history yet — otherwise the account stays empty and easy to forget about. It's a single, one-time email with no follow-ups, so there's no unsubscribe link: once you import your history (or a few days pass), it simply won't be sent.

Can I import without running a script?

If you already have a working history link, paste it in the “Via URL” tab. You can also upload a ready export: paimon.moe for Genshin Impact, Star Rail Station for Honkai: Star Rail or zzz.rng.moe for Zenless Zone Zero. That moves records you have already saved elsewhere; it does not fetch new history straight from a phone or console.

Does my paimon.moe history carry over to Gacha Tracker?

Yes, for Genshin Impact — export your data on paimon.moe (Settings → Data → Export local data) and upload the file on the import page under the “Paimon.moe” tab. The UID is read from the file; if it holds several accounts, pick the one to import. Pulls already in your Gacha Tracker history won't be duplicated — only new ones get added.

Does my Star Rail Station history carry over to Gacha Tracker?

Yes, for Honkai: Star Rail. On starrailstation.com press “Export Backup” and upload the file on the import page — the “Star Rail Station” tab. This brings the whole history since launch — deeper than the in-game link reaches. Pulls already in your tracker are not duplicated.

Does my zzz.rng.moe history carry over to Gacha Tracker?

Yes, for Zenless Zone Zero. On zzz.rng.moe click the gear icon → Export and upload the .json file on the import page under the “rng.moe” tab. Pick which profile of the file to import and which of your profiles it goes to — the file usually has no game UID. Pulls already in your Gacha Tracker history won't be duplicated — only new ones get added.

I have several game accounts — is that supported?

Yes. The site reads the UID from each imported history and creates a separate profile per account. You can switch between them from the header on the statistics and dashboard pages, and rename profiles so they are easy to tell apart.

Question 14

What happens if I import the same history twice?

Accepted Answer

Nothing extra: repeated pulls are filtered out automatically, so no duplicates appear in your statistics. That means you can safely re-import — say, once a week to pick up new pulls. Only what is missing gets added.

Can I get a reminder when a new banner starts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Register (or log in), open your profile and, in the “Banner reminders” block, turn on the game and the events you need: banner start and 24 hours before the end. We'll email you; you can unsubscribe in one click from any email or in the profile.

Is the service free? Do I need an account?

Accepted Answer

The service is completely free, with no ads or paid features. An account is only needed so your history is saved and available from any device — you can sign up with Google in one click.
